How I Teach
How I Teach
My teaching is rooted in presence, consciousness, and connection. I see yoga and meditation as practices that gently build inner strength — not through force, but through awareness, kindness, and light.
In my classes, I offer a supportive and calm space where students can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with themselves. Through mindful movement, breath, and stillness, we cultivate self-awareness and a deeper relationship with the body and inner world.
My approach is:
- grounded in presence and attention
- supportive rather than demanding
- respectful of individual limits and life situations
- focused on inner connection, not external performance
In yoga practice, I emphasize:
- mindful, conscious movement
- strength that grows from stability and awareness
- breath–movement connection
- grounding and balance in body and mind
- adaptations for beginners, sensitive bodies, and therapeutic needs
I guide mainly through clear verbal cues and attentive observation, encouraging students to trust their own sensations and inner intelligence.
In meditation and inner work, I focus on:
- cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion
- Metta (loving-kindness) meditation
- gently meeting inner tension, shame, and self-criticism with light and understanding
- supporting a sustainable, personal meditation practice
I work with care and sensitivity toward emotional states, restlessness, and
vulnerability, always adapting practices to support inner safety and regulation.
A holistic and conscious perspective
My teaching integrates yoga philosophy, breath awareness, and Ayurvedic wisdom - with respect for natural rhythms, individual constitution, and everyday life. I don’t offer universal formulas; I support each person in reconnecting with their own balance and consciousness.
What students often experience
- a sense of calm, clarity, and inner light
- deeper connection with body and breath
- increased self-awareness and trust
- strength that feels soft, stable, and authentic
I teach with presence, humility, and care - offering guidance and support rather than authority. For me, yoga, meditation and Ayurveda are paths of awareness, light, and conscious living.
