Liudmila is a certified yoga and meditation teacher with a holistic approach that blends the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and embodied awareness. She believes that yoga is not just a physical practice — it is a path of transformation for the body, mind, and spirit. With over 10 years of dedicated practice, Liudmila has completed formal training in yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic lifestyle. Her work is shaped by authentic experience, continuous study, and a deep respect for the connection between mind, body, and nature. Her classes support each individual’s unique journey, offering foundational sessions, therapeutic practices, guided meditations, and lifestyle guidance — always in a safe, nurturing, and empowering space.
